We organise individual or group lessons, for those who are fond of the art of cooking and would like to study professional techniques.

Together we will prepare four courses representing the Tuscan cuisine. Our experience is at your disposal to let you discover the secrets of this ancient cuisine based on the best local ingredients. Traditional dishes will be revisited and, in the end, we will enjoy our new creations.
